Continuing a case already in progress
For proceedings already pending: we check the status at the office, issue a written opinion, and take the case through to a decision.

On the STANDARD and ALL INCLUSIVE packages our fee is refunded if the decision is negative, subject to the conditions set out in the Polish price list — which is the binding version.
What is not included
Our fee does not cover official charges, which you pay to the authorities directly: stamp duty for the permit (85–640 PLN depending on the type), 100 PLN for issuing the residence card, plus sworn translations and, where required, apostilles or consular legalisation of foreign documents.

We look at your situation before you pay anything: what your current basis of stay is, what your deadline is, which procedure fits, and whether the case is worth running at all. If it is not, we say so.
Prices are given in Polish złoty and are current as of 31 August 2026. The Polish-language price list at cosc.org.pl/cennik.html is the binding version.
