What we do
We are a Polish law office in Warsaw that handles residence and work legalisation for foreigners. We prepare and file applications in the MOS system, deal with the voivodeship office on your behalf, respond to requests for missing documents, and act when a case stalls.
Temporary residence

Three things most people get wrong
Legal stay is not legal work. The stamp confirming that you filed a residence application (art. 108 of the Act on foreigners) makes your stay legal while the case is pending. On its own it does not entitle you to work.
A single permit is tied to one employer. A residence-and-work permit names a specific employer and conditions (art. 118). Changing employer requires a change of the permit (art. 120) or a separate basis for work.
Paper applications are no longer accepted. Applications for temporary residence, permanent residence and EU long-term resident status are filed exclusively online through the MOS system (art. 225a(1)). A paper application filed after the cut-off is left without examination.
How the process runs
- We check your current basis of stay and your deadline — the application must be filed no later than the last day of your legal stay (art. 105).
- We assemble the file and submit it through MOS.
- The voivode issues the stamp confirming a complete application; your stay stays legal until the decision becomes final (art. 108(1)).
- If the office asks for missing documents, you get at least 7 days to supply them (art. 64 § 2 k.p.a.). Missing that deadline means the application is left without examination.
- Decision. An appeal goes to the Head of the Office for Foreigners within 14 days, through the voivode.
